Plan Comparison

An automation only counts toward your limit while it is active. Disabled triggers, reports, goals, and insights do not consume a slot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each automation type (Trigger, Report, Goal, Insight) has its own limit and counts independently. Only active automations count — disabled ones are free.
No. Excess automations are set to “disabled” status, never deleted. Upgrade again to re-enable them.
The oldest entries (by creation date) per type, up to the target plan’s limit. The rest are disabled.
Pro raises every limit and unlocks multi-hub, AI summaries, and Insights. Max removes the limits entirely — unlimited triggers, reports, goals, and insights.
Insights run daily anomaly detection across your whole catalogue and write an AI narrative for each finding, so they carry a real ongoing cost per store. The Free limit is genuinely 0 rather than a reduced allowance. Pro includes 3 — one of each anomaly type.
Probably not — Insights are designed to stay silent unless something is genuinely wrong, and most days nothing is. Alius imports your recent sales history when you create the insight, so detection is already running. It also caps alerts at 3 per day, ignores products below 1% of store revenue, and goes quiet entirely when many products move at once. Use Fire (test) to confirm delivery works, and see Insights for details.
